Island chefs have created a unique menu of food experiences while at the same time introducing visitors and guests to some of the island's most captivating locations. Choose to attend a wine and food pairing dinner at a private home or to enjoy a traditional Gullah story-telling feast at the Coastal Discovery Museum or to spend time learning about wine while attending a cooking class or to simply nosh and sip on the surf...a host of options await your participation.

The outdoor kitchen returns with showcase features from island chefs on site at the Public Tasting & Auction, Saturday, March 13th. The kitchen design has expanded, the chefs will demonstrate a focus on locally grown products and the addition of recipe cards will allow you to take the on-site experience to your own kitchen (or enable you to make a reservation to try it directly from the chef later). Note: Premium Admission ticket holders get opportunity for "up, close and personal" position during the event.
